About OurTop10

Your shortcut to finding trusted finance & property experts

Hi, we’re OurTop10! We’re a comparison and research platform for all your finance and property decisions.

OurTop10 does the research most people don’t have time for. We rank mortgage brokers, buyer’s agents, conveyancers and accountants in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We publish the latest property data and build helpful tools and calculators that can help you make a confident property or finance decision without spending weeks on research or money on professionals who don’t walk the talk

What makes us different

Most comparison sites stop at a list. We start with research. Every ranking, report and tool on OurTop10 is built on data we’ve collected, analysed and stress-tested. That’s why our findings are often cited in the media and by journalists nationwide.

What we do

Independent rankings. We assess mortgage brokers, accountants, conveyancers and buyer’s agents across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane against a published methodology, then name the top 10 in each city.

Original research and reports. Our reports track what’s really happening to Australian households, including the Mortgage Stress & Default Risk Report, powered by Digital Finance Analytics’ postcode-level data.

Rate Prediction Index. The OurTop10 Rate Prediction Index (ORPI) tracks what leading economists and the money markets expect the Reserve Bank to do with the cash rate at each meeting, so you can see where rates are likely heading before you lock in a loan.

Tools and calculators. Free calculators to help you run the numbers before you talk to anyone.

Find my match. Tell us what you need once and we’ll connect you with a professional suited to your situation. No cold-calling ten businesses.

Expert guides and market insights. Monthly market updates and plain-English guides written and reviewed by practising industry experts.
