We had 2 vacant blocks of land for sale with absolutely no infrastructure (roads, electricity, water etc) which we knew was going to be a difficult proposition. It took approximately 10 months and 2 failed applications (finance declined) before we got the final approval. I chose to use Dott & Crossitt Conveyancers + Solicitors (Megan Delkou) for my recent house sale. At settlement I was distressed to find that the conveyancing fees that they deducted from my settlement proceeds were more than DOUBLE what was quoted. There was no explanation or justification provided.Five weeks later, multiple ‘I need to look at your file…’ responses from them, and, in recent weeks, phone messages just not being returned, still absolutely nothing. I hoped that it was a simple mistake, but not now.I can’t believe that Dott & Crossitt actually use ‘Trustworthy, with no surprises’ as one of their selling points.Very disappointing, very disrespectful and very expensive!

Alon and Harren provided an exceptional service from the very beginning. I required a legal / conveyancing company with both contract law and property law expertise. Love Homes conveyancing provided me with both. Alon was across the detail of exactly what I required and provided a complete service. What I was pleasantly surprised with was how efficient, friendly and reasonably priced they were. Alon returned my initial call promptly, got onto the job straight away and worked on the task even outside 9 - 5 hours. He kept me up to date with progress, respected my time frames, provided comprehensive legal advice and charged a reasonable price. I am not used to this level of service. I expect lawyers to not explain procedures, do the work when they get around to it because they take on too much work, only care about the fees they are charging, quote for 5 hours and work on it for 3 hours but still charge for 5, not provide proper advice because that's asking for too much and not care about a clients time frames because they will get to things when they are ready. I might have to re-assess my expectations after such an amazing experience with Alon, Harren and the team at Love Homes Conveyancing. I thoroughly recommend them.
