From the first phone call in early November 2023 through until settlement on 20th December 2023, my experience with Shipton and Associates was a seamless and supported one.I had found a commercial property that I was keen to purchase. Sharon answered my initial phone call and took the time to talk through the questions I had and looked over the contract in order to provide a relevant quote that reflected what was needed in my circumstance.
