Depending on the type of help you are looking for, this may include the state you live in, the kind of service you need, an approximate loan amount or property budget, your employment status, an approximate annual income, how many people are involved in the application, and how urgent your enquiry is.

Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site or advertisement that referred you. We collect this through cookies and analytics tools.

Provider information. If you are a professional service provider listed with us, we collect your business and contact details, and information about your business that we publish or use in our assessments.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as health information, government identifiers, or bank account and card numbers.

If you do not provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to match you with a suitable provider or respond to your enquiry.

When you submit an enquiry through our matching tool, we disclose your details to the professional service provider or providers we match you with, so that they can contact you about your enquiry. That provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.
