I had good experience with another tax agent but not the recent experience my husband had with Arnad. He was rude, rush and unprofessional. The problem is he made several errors in the tax return information, despite telling him to update during the call and after following up call, and then he provided the tax for the wrong financial year in the supposedly revised version. It was frustrating to follow up with him to try and sort it out, instead of sorting it out he refunded the service fee and sent a nasty email. It seems that he has also confused my husband (the client) with someone else, because in his email he implied that my husband contacted him for his service for last year and did not go through. However that's not the case my husband has only contact the agency to lodge this time for 2023-2024 year, and once in 2021. Tax for 2022-2023 already lodge without/never contacted the agency so get your facts, story right. Overall very poor management, unprofessional experience from this agent and wasted our time. Thank the other agent for raising the star rating and not giving it one star.

Unfortunately my experience with Next Gen has been poor. I recently found out they had used the wrong tax claim code when completing my tax return for the year 2023. As a result of this, I had to owe. ATO money of $625. This has never happened when I complete my tax return by myself. An email was sent last week to their team about this error but I still haven’t received a response. Their tax agents need to be better informed when completing tax returns. Please think twice when using their service or you might end up like me.
